Theft Crime Representation

There are different rages of theft crimes. Probably the most common is petty theft; you go into a store you take something from Nordstrom's, Kohl's, Mervyns, a shirt or merchandise. You're going to be charged with second degree burglary. It could be charges of misdemeanor or felony based on the amount of property that was taken. Probably the most serious theft crime that doesn't involve violence would be a burglary. You go into somebody's house. If it's an occupied house, that would be a first degree burglary. You take something, that's a first degree burglary. That's a strike in California, so that's probably the most serious offense.
