Drug Crime Representation

If you are ever charged with a drug crime I want to know the amount of drugs.  Many times, charges are directly related to the amount of drugs.  Many people just have simple possession of a controlled substance of meth. There are other things associated with that type of drug to elevate it to a more serious charge such as possession for sale.

So, if you're charged and you have a certain amount of drugs on you, some counties will charge you with just possession.  Other counties will charge you with sales if you have money, baggies, scales  - then you're going to be charged with sales, cause that's a typical sales case. If you are driving somewhere and you get pulled over, you're probably going to be charged with transportation of a controlled substance. So it's all based on circumstances when it comes to how you're going to be charged when you're dealing with drugs.
