At the Law Office of Gregory Comings the first consultations are always free. What does that mean? The first time you'll call on the phone to schedule an appointment. After that, you can come in and I will meet with you and that's still free. Everything about it is free until you want to actually hire me.
What does the first consultation involve? You will come to the office, you will sit across from me and you will talk to me about the case. I will ask for information, including what has been going on and where you were arrested. I will talk to you about every aspect of the case, your thoughts, your fears and your hopes of the outcome of the case.
I will take you through each and every step. If you have a police report, great. But, many times, people don't have a police report yet because they were just charged with a crime. We will figure out whether you are going to need to post bail. If you are here in my office obviously you probably already did post bail, but if you didn't you need to be brought before the court. If you have a warrant of some sort, I will talk to you about bail, talk to you about what will happen at the court and I will guide you through every step.
