1) Jury Trial - Client charged with PC 245(a)(1) assault with a weapon likely to produce great bodily injury a strike and gang enhancements. NOT GUILTY on all counts.
2) Jury Trial - Client charged with two counts of PC 245(a)(1), strikes, assault with a weapon likely to produce great bodily injury and PC 594(b)(2) vandalism. ACQUITTED on one count of PC 245(a)(1) and PC 594(b)(2). Found guilty of a lesser included offense of battery a misdemeanor, motion filed to dismiss count at sentencing do to improper verdict and motion granted count dismissed. Client not guilty of any crimes.
3) Jury Trial - Client charged with prostitution which if found guilty would have immigration consequences. Hung jury, judge dismisses the count.
4) Client charged with PC 664/459 attempt burglary after several meetings with the District Attorney CASE DISMISSED.
5) Client charged with HS 11378 Possession for Sale and HS 11366.5(a) Allowing Place for Preparing or Storing Controlled Substance - CASE DISMISSED.
6) Client charged with PC 273a(a) Willful Cruelty to a Child - Pled Guilty to Disturbing the Peace - NO JAIL TIME.
7) Client charged with PC 273.5(a) Corporal Injury to a Spouse and enhancement of Great Bodily Injury, facing state prison. Worked out deal for a misdemeanor and house arrest.
8) Client charged with PC 288(a) Lewd Act Upon a Child which requires registration for life and possible prison term. After numerous meetings with District Attorney worked out a deal for PC 261.5(c) Unlawful Sex 3 Year Age Difference. NO REGISTRATION FOR LIFE AND NO PRISON.
9) Charged with PC 243(e)(1) Battery on a spouse which requires a 52 week anger management class. After setting the case for trial District Attorney agrees to a lesser charge of PC 415(2) Disturbing the Peace as an infraction which means NO PROBATION and NO 52 WEEK CLASSES.
10) Charged with PC 289(a)(1) Sexual Penetration by a foreign object by the use of force which requires registration for life as a sex offender as well as prison. In addition, charge with PC 273.5(a) Corporal injury to a Spouse a Felony, and PC 136.1(c)(1) Dissuading Testimony by Threat. Client facing three felony counts, two are strikes. After doing the Preliminary Hearing and negotiating with the District Attorney worked out a deal for a MISDEMEANOR and NO REGISTRATION OR JAIL TIME.
11) Charge with PC 273.5(a) Corporal Injury to Spouse/Cohabitant a Felony which requires 52 week anger management class, and also charged with PC 245(a)(1) Assault with a Deadly Weapon a Felony. After negotiations with the District Attorney and setting the matter for Preliminary Hearing the CASE DISMISSED.
12) Charged with HS 11360(a) Transportation of Marijuana and HS 11359 Possession of Marijuana For Sale both Felonies. At Preliminary Hearing client DISCHARGED on ALL COUNTS meaning the case was DISMISSED.
13) Charged with DUI. Filed a motion based upon a improper stop after the hearing on the motion CASE DISMISSED.
