While he was already at court earlier in the week to answer to felony vandalism charges, the boyfriend of a slain woman was brought back to be charged for her murder.
A police department in Los Angeles, California believes that the same man who broke and kicked the window of a sheriff deputy's patrol car is also responsible for killing his girlfriend. Officers say the man is currently being held in a local jail for suspicion of murder. However, he has not been formally charged in court for the crime as the prosecution still needs to present the case to the District Attorney's Office.
Although the police have their suspect behind bars, they are still waiting for more evidence to further develop their case. They say the victim's autopsy was completed a few days ago, but the final results of all the blood work will not be submitted for another four to eight weeks.
