Old habits die hard, even when you have spent 22 years behind bars paying for them.
It didn't take long for a convicted felon to wind up behind bars again. According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, one man spent 22 years in jail for raping three women and assaulting another. He was finally released earlier this month but was found to be in violation of his probation when he was caught with pornography.
He is now being detained at a jail in San Bernardino, California before his parole hearing. Based on the evidence, some say it is likely that his parole will be revoked and the convicted felon will be sent back to jail.
He was originally sentenced to 44 years for committing sex crimes, but was released early for good behavior.
