A young man starting his career as a football coach has hit a serious bump in the road: a criminal allegation of sex with a minor.
According to report filed against him, the 20-year-old assistant football coach has been accused of having sexual relations with a 15-year-old student at the same high school. He himself is a student at a nearby college and attended the same high school at which he now coaches.
Based on victim testimony, the suspect was charged with two felony counts: one for unlawful intercourse and one for lewd acts with a child. He was later released on $50,000 bail.
