Paris Hilton's Attorney facing Drug Crime Charges

In an ironic turn of events the same attorney that represented Paris Hilton during her cocaine case was arrested this week for possession of a rock of cocaine.

David Schuber, the Clark County Deputy District Attorney was arrested on Saturday on one count ofcocaine possession.  He gained fame for defending famous people for their own drug crimes, including Hilton and Bruno Mars, and will now need to work on obtaining his own legal defense team.

Clark County District Attorney David Roger spoke to the press following the arrest, "I'm very disappointed to learn one of our prosecutors was allegedly buying rock cocaine. This is an individual I placed a great deal of trust in by assigning him to a state and federal drug task force."  Now his office will not only have to charge Schubert, but then turn the case over to the Nevada attorney general to avoid conflict of interest in the case.
