No stranger to the criminal law system, a 58-year-old man finds himself sentenced once again to years behind bars.
The suspect was taken into custody after a search of his apartment revealed 59 rifles and 24 loaded handguns, including 2 automatic firearms. Although the arrest was conducted on July 29, 2010, the man was just sentenced last week to 57 months in jail for his criminal offenses.
While this is a hefty sentence, this isn't the first time that the suspect has been taken into custody. He had already been convicted of 5 felonies in California and served time for each of them. Among the felony charges were felon in possession of a firearm and possession of an explosive.
