Law enforcement received information that the wanted fugitive would be aboard the plane last week. The suspect is wanted for shooting and killing two men in a gang dispute 12 years ago in Koreatown. He was one of 499 wanted criminals that were apprehended by Customs and Border Patrol during 2011.
