DUI Accident Leaves Man Seriously Injured

In Spring Valley, California on October 16, it is being reported that 33-year-old Colin Eisner was driving a Ford Contour on State Route 15 when he struck a Toyota Tacoma.
After the collision, the Toyota rolled three or four times and landed in the center divider. The car, however, only rolled down the side of the road and through a fence before coming to a gradual stop.
The Toyota driver suffered from major head trauma and was taken immediately to a hospital to receive the necessary medical treatment. Eisner was then arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and is being reported that he received no serious injuries.
