Mother Charged with 2007 Death of Her Child

It is being reported that 25-year-old Noel Hurtado of Riverside County has been arrested and charged with the 2007 murder of her child, then 1-year-old Dartanian Hurtado.
Noel was booked and charged with 19-year-old Timmothy Hurtado who was uncle to the child.
After a mysterious hospital visit in August of that year with a severely injured Dartanian, police investigation finally focused on the two who lived with the child in their home in Anaheim.
The two are being charged with murder and currently are on a $1 million bail.
