It is being reported that Mexican actor and nightclub owner, 53-year-old Emilio Franco, was shot down during a robbery of his California home in the early hours of Wednesday, November 3.
After he confronted these two suspects, he was shot with a fatal wound and killed. His pregnant wife and daughter, who were home during the incident, were not injured.
