San Bernardino Man Arrested for Deadly Hit & Run

Two people were arrested in San Bernardino following a hit & run accident that left a teenage boy dead.
The accident occurred on February 19
th. Thomas Meeks, 19, and his 14-year-old brother were riding on the same bicycle when they were struck by a car driven by 25-year-old Herbierto Solis.
Meeks was killed in the accident while his brother is suffering from critical injuries.
Solis, who was driving a stolen car at the time of the accident, has since been arrested and charged on multiple counts, including murder, felony hit & run, vehicle burglary, and child endangerment. He faces child endangerment charges because there was allegedly a child in the vehicle when the accident took place.
Also arrested was Solis' passenger, Gloria Gurola. Gurola was also charged with child endangerment.
