Pot Dispensary Owner Arrested for Violating County Ordinance

A Phelan business owner has been arrested for violating San Bernardino County's moratorium on medical marijuana sales.
Kenneth Elswick, owner of the California Association of Patient Collectives and Dispensaries, was arrested last week after San Bernardino County sheriff's narcotics officers searched his property, with a search warrant, and found marijuana and cultivated marijuana plants. Elswick claims his business was a medical marijuana delivery service, and that it was not a violation of the ordinance.
The ordinance bans selling medical marijuana in all cities and areas of San Bernardino County.
